This offering facilitates establishment of a system
which fosters development of leadership competencies
through learning experiences arising out of business/organizational
issues confronting the organization.
It involves design of mechanisms to institutionalize
structured action learning programs that matches organizational
priorities as well as development needs of individuals.
This is a broad based program that once rolled out
can be replicated at different layers in the organization.
We work closely with the leadership teams as well as
the learning function in creating the program, training
various stakeholders on the roles and expected participation
in the system and guiding the implementation team in
the roll out of one cycle which typically takes 6 months.
We also work with the counterpart team in identifying
a set of potential facilitators who could champion this
initiative on an ongoing basis and train and coach them
on the same.

Measurement of Success
The impact of the initiative on competency enhancement
is measured by a structured system of peer evaluation
(peers being other leaders who are a part of this process).
In addition we measure success of the intervention
through a combination of post intervention feedback
as well as structured feedback from the participant,
his superior and reviewer after an elapsed period of
time.
