right skill sets /competencies and /or through development

set of executive skills to deliver on the same. These

Measurement of Success
We work closely with the Board of Directors of the organizations
in understanding the needs as well as in capturing their
expectation from the intervention.
Though we fully recognize the fact that no one intervention
contributes exclusively to the achievement of business
results, given the nature of the intervention both in
terms of the level it is aimed at as well as its breadth,
we measure the success of this initiative in terms of
the accomplishment of the organizations business results.
Our performance measures will be closely linked to
the organization measures (existing balanced score card
measures or similar measures of performance).
