This offering enables organizations to:

Create development opportunities for potential leaders to hone specific leadership skills and competencies in simulated environments.
Provide an opportunity for their leaders to experiment with different styles, approaches and behaviors in a non threatening environment where the stakes are lesser as compared to a real world business situation.

The leadership skills pilot is custom designed to address specific competencies that are relevant to the organization. We design the modules keeping in mind the competencies that are meant to be nurtured and developed and the current proficiency level of the participants on these competencies.

Each module would last between 3-8 days depending on the scope of the initiative.
This offering design is based on 2 fundamental percepts:
The key to development is behavioral reinforcement.
Certain leadership behaviors and organization values are best developed through action learning. They cannot be taught but can be honed by providing situations for leaders to live, experience and reflect for themselves.

Who will benefit
Organisations that are undergoing transition either in terms of a change in business profile through addition of new lines of business or who are transitioning into new business models and who need a redefinition of the competencies and the behavioral manifestations of the same in various settings.

It is also suited for organizations that have a clear definition of the leadership competencies that are relevant to their situation, and have done a preliminary assessment of the competency gaps of the key individuals against these competencies.
