The organization a large private sector conglomerate
was entering the oil and Gas sector through a joint
venture. The board wanted to create an organization
which would promote entrepreneurship within and also
ensure that the organization retain its flexibility
even on attaining full scale of operations in 36 months.
The challenge was to create the leadership organization
that would generate the desired cohesion within the
leadership team while clearly detailing out individual
expectations and accountabilities.
Aventus team created a unique ‘fold out’
structure which met the above objective. A three phase
structure with unique roles and responsibilities at
each stage were detailed out. In addition handshakes
points, interface points and responsibility for each
function were clearly laid down.
The next stage involved acquiring the right talent
for roles defined in the structure in Phase 1. All leadership
positions in level 1 and 2 of the organization were
staffed within the agreed service delivery parameters
of the engagement.
